A: CTRL Sessions are built for adults , typically ages 25–45, who want structure, performance, and coaching that goes beyond general fitness.

Q: Do I need to be in shape to start?
A: Not at all. You just need to be ready to commit. Every session is scaled to your level, and we coach you through it step by step..

Q: What if I’ve never lifted before?
A: That’s exactly why CTRL exists. You’ll be guided through proper technique, progressions, and programming built to meet you where you’re at — and push you forward.​

Q: Do you offer online coaching or training plans?
A: Yes. If you're outside of Oshawa or prefer to train independently, we offer remote options that include athletic programming, video reviews, and monthly overview calls.

I’m Trevor, founder of Take Control Training.

As a former athlete and full-time performance coach,
I know firsthand how structured, purposeful training transforms more than just your body - it builds resilience, confidence, and control over your life.

I created CTRL Sessions to give adults a proven system for improving strength, mobility, and overall performance - with expert coaching and community support to help you stay consistent, avoid injury, and perform at your best for years to come.
