Q: What ages is this camp for?
🧒 Athletes ages 12–18 who are active in sports and want to improve speed.
Q: What gear do I need to bring?
👟 Just wear athletic clothing, running shoes, a towel, and water. We'll provide the rest.
Q: What if I miss a session?
🔁 No problem, we will do our best to help you catch up the following week.
Q: Do you test athletes for improvement?
📈 Yes! Week 1 and Week 8 include timed sprints (10yd, 20yd) to measure real results.
Q: Can I sign up with a teammate or group?
